Happy Birthday Brig !

Has it really been 1 year? Time has sure flown by & I am so sad that he is actually 1.. I know that is weird but that means to me that he is no longer a baby. To tell you how differently men & women think Scott is excited for him to be 1 to see him grow, learn how to walk and start talking etc.. funny how different we are. Being a mom is the greatest I really love it and love my camera so i can capture so many great pictures & memories. Brig has been so much fun to watch grow and learn it has all gone by so fast, I am not ready for him to grow up but I will enjoy the ride.
Brig was a little unsure of the whole candle thing and wanted to touch it rather than blow it out. But he sure loved the ICE CREAM CAKE. He got it everywhere and today frosting is still coming out of his nose!!! ha ha by the time he was done with the cake he was totally ready for bed. For his birthday he got this really neat new highchair, it straps to any chair and we took it today to Thanksgiving dinner. so cool... His brother & sister were really excited about his new animal train toy so it never got wrapped, the thing he liked the most was that it has a bucket to but all his treasures in. Of course the box was the favorite part of all.. tupperware & boxes whats up with that? Oh we love our little BRIG BRIG.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ( actually yesterday November 21st) I almost forgot.... I actually got him doing peek a boo... soo stinkin cute !!! He now scrunches up his face when I am taking pictures...maybe that what I do to him when I try to get him to smile. He's still my toothless boy

Brigs 1st cookie !!!!

So no BIG deal but some REALLY cute pictures. Brig's 1st cookie was a hit. He loved every minute of it and he DEFINITELY has his daddy's sweet tooth. what a cute boy!

Drew LOVES Duncan... and loves is a understatement. When he "grows up" he wants to be just like him. Duncan is Scott's dad and every kids favorite guy. If you want to learn about anything Dunc's your man whether its learning how to make a potato gun, over haul an engine or bring a weasel back to life he's the one to ask. Drew's 1 dream in life is to be just like Duncan. Just the other day I came downstairs to hear Drew asking, " Can someone please hand me a wrench my hands are dirty?" Dunc's Drew's hero for sure! When they are together they are two peas in a pod since Duncan is usually fixing a car or creating a project Drew loves to be around him and is continually asking questions and the cutest part is that Duncan has the patience to answer all of them. He's my hero too!!! Thanks Dunc

Happy Halloween !

For Halloween we had quite the house full! A Pirate, Minnie Mouse, Dumbo & the cutest little spider ever! The spider was in hiding ( or the spiders aunt hasn't emailed the pictures.. hint hint ;-)
After hours trying to decide what McCall could be for Halloween we came up with this cute Pirate... which was short lived. We go to this amazing Halloween party every year and usually all the kids dress up... (not that McCall was opposed) when we got there she was the only cute pirate and that was the end of it. We found Kali's costume last year at DI & she was thrilled, she of course insisted that everyone was a character so she was Minnie Mouse, Drew an elephant "Dumbo" and Brig the spider was "Charlotte" from Charlotte's Web even though she is a girl and Brig is a boy Kali said it would still work out. ;-)

You've been BOO'd !

Before Halloween we were boo'd the kids thought it was AWESOME.. so for FHE our job was to in return boo 3 more families. As I ran upstairs to grab something before we ran to boo our friends Drew put these on his bike and was planning on delivering them himself. Luckily we drove them and delivered them in the car. It was the cutest thing ever. They could hardly contain themselves as they rang the doorbell and ran back to the car. Drew screamed and ran the whole way, almost collapsing with excitement. Kali was very serious about it not wanting to get caught and Sydney & McCall thought it was pretty darn fun too! Oh to be a kid again!!!

little unknown facts about me...
1. I am pretty scattered.. I guess that is a known fact about me.. but I have felt since my little # 3 has been born that I really don't stop racing around. My head aches at the end of every day but I wouldn't trade it for the world. My 3 kiddo's keep me busy, the fun funny things they say keep me going.

2. I just realized how fun being a mom can be.. especially when you go to the Orange Patch full of glass Christmas ornaments, glass trees, glass frames.... glass everything... everywhere! On Saturday I went with my Best Friend since High School to get my mom a birthday gift. With 2 strollers and 3 kids we were off on a adventure. Kali was my #1 helper sitting with Brig on 1 side of the store and I had Drew in his "JAIL"(stroller). The whole time he was asking me if this would break and how that would happen. My friend Jami who has yet to experience the JOY of being a mom asked me how I had the patience to have 3 kids... and you want more??? she asked... all I could do was laugh. As we were waiting in line at the register for my moms gift Drew decides that he wants to hold Brig on his lap... Brig will be 1 very soon and loves to give KISSES and chew on your face... It was all Drew could take as he said MOM take this baby! Brig your breath smells like PEE!
I love every minute! hahahaha!

3. Christmas is my favorite time of year!
I have a thing for Christmas... maybe it has partly to do with my mom but I love it! My Christmas lights have been on our house since November 8th, our Christmas tree is up TODAY, and I am almost done Christmas shopping. AND the best part of it is the day after Christmas shopping for MORE Christmas stuff! I am a nut but what do I do? My kids love it just as much as me and so does Scott. I can't wait to decorate my Gingerbread house. If I could my house would be decorated year round... weird I know.

4. My husband in much much nicer than I. I learn from him everyday, he is quick to forgive and forget, is honest & fair & Always looks for the best in everyone and doesn't doubt anything. His determination inspires me. When he gets an idea in his head he hits the ground running. Sometimes he drives me crazy but that's why I fell in love with him. My New Years resolution is to be more positive and nice. I think I can do it.... we'll just have to see.

5. I love to travel. Or I guess I should say WOULD love to travel. Some day WE will see the world. Scott & I had big hopes of an amazing honeymoon and instead stayed in Scottsdale at the Royal Palms.. which was fun.. but we had planned on going to Bora Bora.... someday! Scott just got a part time job with US Airways! Hey I couldn't pass that one up! Free flight benefits for our whole family.. I am game. My favorite thing would be a family trip to a beach, with my camera so I could take all the pictures I wanted. Every year we go to Mexico & Idaho to the beach. I love love love it! I wish we didn't have to worry about school, work, bills.... we would be gone all the time. Someday Scott & I will go on a real vacation alone...


6. I am not good at deadlines.. If I have one I am always late...(School and I didn't mix to well) being tagged is one of my problem areas.. I love learning more about people but found it hard to come up with 6 thing about myself. Hopefully you are better than I am. I can't wait to see what you write!
