Maxx turned 1!

My sweet little perfect baby turned 1!!! I am really quite sad about this. I am always sad that my babies grow up... but especially him. Maybe because at this point I think ur little family is done... No more babies for me is really hard but our life is just soo busy & chaotic! Give me a few years and I know I will want another one! But for now.. This little guy turned 1!
He is always so happy.

We're sheep

This my mine & Brig's conversation on tuesday.. I still can't get it out of my mind.


Brig: MOM.. were not persons

me: what?

Brig: were not persons... were SHEEP!!!!

me: Sheep???

Brig: Yes mom, we are Jesus' sheep.

Brig: I learned that at Church.

I love my Briggy! He has a great testimony that I wish I had at his age. He's only 4 and really understands whats important. Im glad this little SHEEP is mine. All this time I thought I was a persons.

Yesterday...

Yesterday was supposed to be my "deep cleaning" day. All started as planned. I worked in Drews closet. Moving "stuff" that just doesn't belong in there. Since he has been gone I'm re-doing his room... its a surprise! I'm really excited for him to get home!!! It's been a grueling 4 weeks with only 2 weeks to go!
Back to my day.... YESTERDAY
Brig was my little helper & packed up all the trash. We were on a roll & then he found a memory game.. which turned into an hour game... I was able to sneak out for 10 minutes to move out my craft stuff... then Brig found my craft stuff... then Brig played

Schools out

Its really hard to believe that my last blog post was in FEBRUARY!! that pretty lame. Trust me I have all these blogposts in my head but never quite have the time to post.. At the end of the day i'd rather check out pinterest or look at everyone elses blogs.. because... well... everyone is so much more interesting then myself. But then again not really because I LOVE MY KIDS... OUR FAMILY & OUR LIFE!
at some point i'll maybe go back & post pictures from feb to now but who knows when that will be.
This year Kali & Drew loved their teachers.. Especially Kali! Mrs Miller is honestly the most AMAZING teacher ever. she encouraged, pushed, helped & loved.. just like every parent prays for in a teacher. I think this might have been the best year for her. She gained so much confidence & made many new friends. She grew a ton, cut her hair & had her 1st CRUSH. I love that she still thinks I am the coolest mom around & makes me feel like a superstar when I come to visit her at school. As she says it.. I'm the coolest mom!
Mrs Fedette was great for Drew in so many ways. She understood that he's a 6 yr old boy that has a TON OF ENERGY! he's a boy & i'm not too concerned.. HE loves his friend & 1st grade experience & is happy to be a big 2nd grader! I love that Drew is persistent.. After telling me for months that he needed glasses I took him to get checked out & he was right! He is SOO cute with his freckles, glasses & missing teeth! Can I bottle him up & keep him like this forever???
Are my kids the only ones that HATE the last day of school & CRY before we make it out of the parking lot??

Maxx is 5 months already!

I cant believe how fast this babies life has flow by! Seems like just yesterday I was prego! I guess the old saying is true... TIME FLIES WHEN YOU'RE HAVING FUN!
Maxx is a BLAST! I can't get enough of him!!! OH HOW I LOVE HIM!!!!!! He smiles from dawn to dusk. He only cries when he's starving or when Tagg gets ahold of him, and lately Tagg has been getting ahold of him ALOT! Maxx thanks for being such a great baby & smiling at me all day long.. I really need your smiles, they help me know that I can handle 5 kids!

SOOO.. I have a had a few comments about me not being very good at updating my blog..
So whats new you ask??
Since September we have had a couple of Birthdays...









Oct 30th Kali turned 9... we didn't have her party yet but... we will! Kali loves to help out with her brothers but mostly with Maxx. She's a great big sis & is already planning how many kids she wants. 2 boys & 2 girls, for now she has 2 names picked out Ava & Sam. For her birthday she go her American Girl doll, Samantha. She was really excited & sleeps with her every night and has her in her special spot when she's at school. Eventhough she turned 9 she says it feels more like 10!



Nov 21st Brig turned 4... didn't have his party yet either... but we will too!
Lame Mom I know but in my defense we have been really busy & atleast we had our family party & they did get presents!







Drew made some major bucks doing an AMAZING lemonade stand.. Either he's really cute or I make some GOOOD lemonade. After almost 2 hours he made 13 BUCKS! ... I am pretty sure the cute smile & freckles helped too.







Tagg has been enjoying Christmas...
He loves to hide under the tree, steal a few ornaments & lick them like lollipops. Must think they're candy... do they taste good? Although he's yelled everyday ALMOST all day since he was born he's actally getting much happier. He's learning how to communicate much better & if he has candy then he's really happy!







And Maxx... well he's just ADORABLE!!! WE LOVE HIM SOOOOO MUCH! I am not sure if it gets cuter or better than this! he's the best baby.. at 3 months he weighed almost 15 lbs. pretty much sleeps thru the night. down at 10 and up at 5 for a early morning snack. He smiles all day long & loves to hear himself talk. I didn't know a baby could be this good & happy... but were not complaining! pretty sure we'll KEEP HIM!
