Happy Birthday to ME!

Even though I turned 28 on the 12th of July I still had a great day! We went to downtown Seattle.. one of my favorite places EVER. Pikes Place Market is the coolest thing. The kids were a little unsure of all the STRANGE people hanging out there. I got some beautiful fresh flowers

and had a few surprises when I got home....

Thanks Scott & everyone else for a perfect day!

Happy 4th of July!

This year for the 4th we spend it at Scott's grandma TUTU's house. It is so beautiful there and we were right on Lake Washington. She lives in a gorgeous party of Washington, Medina. The day was filled with fun things to do. The kids played on the little beach that she has, learned how to play croquet.. which is a tradition in the Biddle family.. I had never played it before. Tutu is a true Patriot, she absolutely loves the 4th of July her house was decorated with the American Flag and the kids had cute little hats that they wore all day, actually Kali still prefers to wears hers just about every day.

Tutu even had a pinata that was a giant star. All the kids loved hitting it when it busted open there was enough candy for the whole neighborhood. Kali & Drew were thrilled. Brig was super happy too. He loved eating candy 1st thing in the morning until his bag was empty... in my defense I had no other choice he throws the BIGGEST fits ever!

Drew LOVES Duncan... that is a bit of an understatement! Here he is right on his lap happy as can be!

I just had to throw in this picture of the 2 little love birds who made this all possible!

What's the 4th of July without a WATERMELON!!

silly aunt 'tall!

Seattle really is amazing. We were able to buy and light off our own fire works! $200.00 later we had a really fun fireworks show! We watched them the whole way home from Tutu's and the
kids loved the experience of lighting them all by themselves!

I love the 4th of July. Thank you Tutu for being such a great host and being so patriotic! I feel so blessed to live in such a wonderful country and to be able to enjoy all our freedom!
I hope you all had a great 4th!

Camping...Camping & good times

This weekend we went camping with the Fish's & Mulder's to Bear Canyon Lake.
Starting the trip off the right way... Getting Ice Cream at Dairy Queen in Payson.

We had tons of fun.... aside from the CRAZY LOUD TECHNO music that was playing all night.
Unfortunately our sweet little DREW wasn't there. He's gone for his summer vacation with his dad. We thought of him the whole time especially when we went fishing.
Kali, Jaden & Kamryn had a great time together and Brig & Bossy fought over the little green chair but it was in a loving way..

Mulder's & Fish's are a fun bunch to camp with. We made great food, smores & actually never played cards. Found out a few funny things about each other not mentioning anything.. Mulder's were secret lovers for years before they got married...
The kids just loved to be outdoors & Brig didn't care what we did as long as he could play in the dirt & drink his Propel. That was probably the highlight of the trip. We went to good ol Walmart and got a few last goodies and Scott found Propel on sale so he got a few.. filled Brig's sippy and we headed to camping. Not 10 mintues later we had Mr. Psycho on our hands, he was laughing hysterically and being totally crazy..

Kali said that he was like a drunk baby.. not sure that she even knows what that is.... lets hope not!
I have never seen a kid like smores as much as Brig. That was his food for the duration of our trip! He was a HAPPY CAMPER

We had so much fun & hope to do it again soon.

Kali LOVES to go fishing & I am not too sure how she got that love! I can only give credit to Scott because last summer we went fishing and he woke us up at 4 AM! What's the saying??? "The early bird gets the worm?" Ever since then the kids love it but Kali especially likes the gross worms & killing innocent creatures like this lovely grasshopper that they found. I love the look on Kali's face.. Pure Delight!

On our way home we stopped by Christopher Creek and found a little treasure.
Our next camping trip is going to be here. So if anyone wants to come let us know. This little creek that is here is so much fun and we played for quite a while.

For those of you that don't like camping you should really try it.. It is free therapy for kids. Kali is a different kid and loves to get down & dirty...
